I am a retired US Army Special Forces Detachment Commander (Green Berets). I got into bodybuilding to help recover from wounds and injuries received in combat and to continue to challenge myself. I am an engineer by trade and worked at NASA on the International Space Station before joining the military. Bodybuilding affords me the opportunity to compete with and against the best the sport has to offer. It truly pushes me to be the best me I can be!
