I am a professional Figure competitor with experience performing and participating in the IFBB Pro League.

As an amateur, I won the Arnold Classic USA two times.

For 18 years, I was a professional track and field athlete and I still hold the Bulgarian national record in the heptathlon event. I am a 19-time national champion in heptathlon, shot put, discus, and 4x100 relay. My brilliant athletic career enabled me to participate in the Balkan games, European cup, European championships, World championships, and the 2008 Olympic games.

Now as a professional trainer and nutritionist in Europe and USA, I have three Bachelor’s degrees: teaching of physical education, sport medicine and sport journalism, as well as professional track and field coaching. Also I have a Master’s degree in sports journalism from the University of Sofia, Bulgaria.

For continual training in my athletic profession, I have over 15 certifications from AFAA, IFAA and American Red Cross.

I currently work as a coach with professional athletes in D1, National and Olympic levels to help advance them in their athletic careers. I am also head track and field coach at Madeira School and I continue to compete in pro bodybuilding competitions worldwide.
