I am Puwanat Putoya, the youngest IFBB Men’s Physique Pro in Thailand. I start weight training when I was 20 years old. At that time, I wanted to make self-discipline and good health a priority. I also wanted to work on my physique. 3 years later, I learned about a bodybuilding competition so I decided to jump into my first competition, IFBB Global Classic Super Bowl 2018 at Macau. I took the first placed in the Junior Men’s Physique class at that time. This made me feel so honored and inspired me to improve in this sport. 14 months after the first competition, I got the pro card at the Muscle Contest Japan 2020. I fell in love with this sport. But it’s more than just sport for me.

It is my dream and goal to be the most famous athlete in the World. I truly intend to improve myself and always learn new things all the time. IFBB Boston Pro 2022 will be one of the great experiences for me. I believed this will be a great learning experience and the IFBB Boston Pro 2022 will drive me to be a better athlete.
